Sie bestand darauf das ich ihnen die Bilder als Abzüge abkaufe, aber da ich selbst ein Fotolabor leite war es meine Absicht selbst Abzüge für meine Eltern zu erzeugen. Mir wurden dannach Preise bis 5000€ gennant um die wenigen Negativstreifen der bereits vor 20 Jahren bezahlten Hochzeit zu bekommen. Unglaublich unprofessionelles Verhalten gegenüber jahrzenten langen Familien Kunden. I wanted to receive or buy a negative of my parents' wedding 20 years ago. The lady on the phone was very disparaging and rude to me. She insisted that I buy the pictures from them as prints, but since I run a photo lab myself, it was my intention to produce prints for my parents myself. I was then given prices up to 5000 € to get the few negative strips from the wedding that I had paid for 20 years ago. Incredibly unprofessional behavior towards long family customers.
