Sehr freundliches Kundenservice und schnelle Abwicklung.
Beim letzten Auftrag habe ich für meine Files einen Downloadlink bekommen, das hat gut funktioniert und ist gerade während der Corona Pandemie sehr praktisch gewesen.
In the meantime I had several media (8mm, Video8 and music cassettes) digitized at ForVideo and I was always very satisfied.
Very friendly customer service and quick processing.
With the last order I received a download link for my files, that worked well and was very practical, especially during the corona pandemic.

Wir haben bei Forvideo alte Familienfilme digitalisieren lassen. Alles hat prima geklappt. Bereits das Erstgespräch war sehr informativ und auch angenehm. Ich wurde über alle Möglichkeiten sehr gut informiert und mir wurden verschiedene Leistungs- und Kosten-Varianten angeboten.
Die Abwicklung war dann auch erstklassig. Ist flott gegangen. Wir wurden rasch benachrichtigt, der ganze Service war bestens und das Endergebnis war letztlich wirklich klasse. Wir konnten die Filme jetzt verschenken und können sie selbst unkompliziert ansehen und auch archivieren.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und werden die Firma wieder beauftragen, wenn wir was brauchen und können sie wirklich wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

We had old family films digitized at Forvideo. Everything worked out fine. Even the first meeting was very informative and pleasant. I was very well informed about all the options and was offered various service and cost options.
The handling was then also first class. Has gone briskly. We were notified quickly, the whole service was excellent and the end result was really great. We could now give away the films and can easily watch and archive them ourselves.
We have been very satisfied and will commission the company again if we need something and can really recommend it warmly!
