★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Große Enttäuschung. Empfehlung von einem Bekannten der selbst Ballonfahrer ist; keine Kommunikation von Frau Prosch. Trotz mehrfacher und monatelanger email Kommunikation und unzähligen unbeantworteten anrufen keine ballonfahrt oder Antwort. Rückruf gibt es nicht. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.
 Big disappointment. Recommendation from a friend who is a balloonist himself; no communication from Ms. Prosch. Despite several months of email communication and countless unanswered calls, no balloon ride or answer. There is no recall. Unfortunately not recommended.
