★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen Gutschein für einen Schnupperkurs geschenkt bekommen. Konnte ihn aus privaten Gründen nicht einlösen. Trotz mehrfachen Bittens kam man mir in keinster Weise entgegen und meldete sich irgendwann nicht mehr auf meine Anfragen. Den Gutschein konnte ich entsorgen. Kundenservice und Kulanz ist bei der Flugschule mangelhaft ausgeprägt. Ich kann nur davor warnen, Gutscheine dort zu kaufen und zu verschenken.
Have received a coupon for a taster course. Could not redeem him for private reasons. Despite multiple requests, I was in no way opposed and eventually no longer responded to my requests. I could dispose of the coupon. Customer service and goodwill is poor at the flight school. I can only warn against buying and giving away vouchers there.
