★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife tried to book transfer from city centre to Vienna Airport at two different hours for four people in total, but our request was denied. Without any explanation. We never used their service before and from seeing how they treat their customers, we never will. After rejection we called company 40100 and they accepted our order right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have placed an order 2 weeks earlier, i got conformation that everything is okey, but after 10 min i got another email that my order was canceled, when we called to the company the man was very unfriendly and he said that he canceled our order, on question why, he said that there are lots of reasons to cancel, that they doesn’t have maxi-cosi, secondly we choose mini bus and so on and he is not going to explain all details? when we said that he shouldn’t talk like this with the customers and he is not polite, he said that he is the boss and he is doing whatever he wants?????????
First time and never ever! I Will not recommend to anyone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I booked a taxi for 4.30 AM. I waited for a little bit and nobody came!!At that time! Luckily I was able to take a Uber. I wrote immediately an email to the company, and they replied at 7.30 saying that my booking was cancelled. They informed me 3 hours after I was supposed to take my cancelled taxi. Never more! Very unprofessional!
