Auf Email kam nur die Antwort ich hätte "Pech gehabt" da ich nicht im dunklen Geschäft mit 3 anderen Kunden wartend die Pflanzen kontrolliert habe. Nicht nur Thripse, auch die falschen Sorten waren dabei, 3 von 7 falsch einzupacken, das spricht wahrlich für die Wahrnehmung, Aufmerksamkeit und vor allem Nüchternheit des Verkäufers... Wer für 9.50€ kranke Krüppelpflanzen verkauft und die Qualitätssicherung an den Kunden abwälzt wird nicht mehr lange Marktführer sein. Sehr enttäuschende, unprofessionelle Kifferbagage. War früher anders, obwohls da noch nicht so gute Konkurrenz gab. Everything full of thrips, both in the shop and on the plants at home! On email came only the answer I would have been "unlucky" because I was not in the dark business with 3 other customers waiting the plants controlled. Not only thrips, but also the wrong sorts were wrong to pack 3 out of 7, that really speaks for the perception, attention and above all sobriety of the seller ... Anyone who sells sick crippled plants for 9.50 € and passes the quality assurance on to the customer will no longer be the market leader. Very disappointing, unprofessional Kifferbagage. Was formerly different, although there was not so good competition.

Die Qualität ist sowieso nicht top dann der Service so schlecht nie wieder danke. Opening times do not fit. Cannot be reached by phone although the order is due no further information. The quality is not great anyway, then the service is so bad, thanks never again.

Als ich dann telefonisch bestellen wollte wurde ich angeschrien und beleidigt, weil mich der Verkäufer anscheinend mit irgendwem verwechselt hat. Das spricht eigentlich schon Bände für die Qualität des Kundenkontaktes. Ein mal und nie wieder!! Worst service I have ever experienced: I did not receive an answer to an order by email. When I wanted to order by phone I was yelled at and insulted because the seller apparently mistook me for someone. That actually speaks volumes for the quality of customer contact. Once and never again!!
