M	Mr Mojo Risin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher toller Shop ,doch ab der Verlagerung der Stecklingsproduktion nach Italien hat die Qualität der Stecklinge trotz neuerlicher Verbesserung maximal 50prozent der damaligen Qualität erreicht !nach schlechten Erfahrungen trotz sehr netter ehrlicher Beratung sehr ich mich gezwungen mir einen neuen grow Shop zu suchen ! Previously great shop, but from the relocation of the cuttings production to Italy, the quality of the cuttings despite renewed improvement reaches a maximum of 50% of the quality at that time! After bad experiences despite very nice honest advice I was forced to look for a new grow shop!

Ich habe einige Stecklinge bestellt und mir wurde zugesichert das in 3 Wochen alle Sorten verfügbar sind und mir per Post zugesendet werden! Ich hab zwar Stecklinge bekommen, aber leider die falschen! Ich hätte ihnen per E-Mail die Situation geschildert und gefragt wie wir das nun lösen können? Zurück gekommen ist leider nichts! Ich finde es wirklich eine bodenlose Frechheit und wirklich traurig wie man hier mit Kunden umgeht, zu erst wird gesagt alle bestellten Sorten sind verfügbar und dann bekommt man andere und eine Antwort per E-Mail gibt es nicht!? Is das wirklich euer Ernst? Das wäre das gleiche wie wenn ich bei Amazon eine Packung Reis bestelle und eine Packung Mehl bekomme und ich dann keinen Ersatz geliefert bekomme! Traurig!!! Unfortunately I am super disappointed! I have ordered some cuttings and was assured that all varieties will be available in 3 weeks and will be sent to me by post! I got cuttings, but unfortunately the wrong ones! I would have described the situation to you by email and asked how we can solve it now? Unfortunately nothing came back! I find it really a bottomless cheek and really sad how you deal with customers here, first of all it says all ordered varieties are available and then you get others and there is no answer by email !? Are you really serious? It would be the same as if I order a pack of rice from Amazon and get a pack of flour and then I don't get a replacement! Sad!!!

Aber seit italien ist es eine voll katastrophe. Auch wenn sie sagen das sie wieder in österreich produzieren. Ist die quali sehr schwankent und einfach bei weiten nicht mehr das was es mal war. Sie bekommen nichtmal mehr kleine bestellungen gebacken. Ständig befall von thripse usw.... Bin weg von dieser verseuchten bude. Hab ihnen viel zulange zugesehn. Der fisch beginnt immer beim kopf zu stinken. Und leute. Ihr glaubt es kaum. Mir wurde mit einer klage gedroht. Weil ich mich beschwerd habe. Hahaha.... lächerlicher verein Used to be the best. Today a cheap copy of yourself. They never had the best goods in Upper Austria anyway. But since Italy it's been a complete catastrophe. Even if they say that they produce in Austria again. The quality is very fluctuating and just not what it used to be by far. They don't even get baked small orders anymore. Constantly infested with thrips etc.... I'm away from this infested place. I've watched them way too long. The fish always starts to stink at the head. And people. You hardly believe it. I was threatened with a lawsuit. Because I have a complaint. Hahaha.... ridiculous club
