Also haben wir den Lieferanten sofort benachrichtig. Dieser ist aber weder per E-mail noch per Telefon zu erreichen. Keine Anwort. Also haben wir die bemängelte Lieferung, wie vom Versender beschrieben zurückgesendet. Nach ein paar Wochen kam es einfach wieder retour, da vom Empfänger nicht angenommen. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist definintiv anders. Für uns sieht es so aus, als ob es die Firma gar nicht gibt oder ob einfach noch Konkursware um jeden Preis verkauft werden soll. However, he can neither be reached by e-mail nor by phone. No answer. So we returned the defective delivery as described by the sender. After a few weeks it was simply returned because it was not accepted by the recipient. Customer friendliness is definitely different. For us it looks like the company doesn't even exist or whether bankruptcy goods should simply be sold at any price.
