P	Pamela Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An und für sich war die Optik der Kränze und Gestecke in der Aufbahrungshalle schön. Leider haben sich bei 2 Namen Fehler eingeschlichen (der Auftrag war aber korrekt ausgefüllt mit den Namen). Mein Glück war dass ich schon 2h vor der offiziellen Verabschiedung dort war. Es wurde dann auch ausgetauscht. Wie sich aber nachher herausstellte stand statt "und" "ind" und statt dem Wort "In" das Wort "Im", was bei einer Beerdigung mit der letzten Widmung schon wirklich krass ist und abgesehen davon mit über 200,- teilweise mir den Verwandten gegenüber auch peinlich war, weil ich das für alle organisiert habe. Als ich dann am Montag darauf in das Geschäft kam, war man nicht sonderlich beeindruckt und meinte dass sehr viel los gewesen sei und mehrere Sachen nicht gepasst hätten. Aber ist das mein Problem wenn man schon um einen Menschen trauert? Jedenfalls habe ich vorgeschlagen mir einen Preisnachlass zu gewähren - es musste erst die Chefin angerufen werden - diese ließ mir ausrichten ich solle mir einen Blumenstrauß aussuchen. ganz ehrlich - Blumen hatte ich genug daheim vom Kranz und das interessierte mich nicht. Da eine Schleife 20,- kostet, wäre ich mit einem Nachlass von eben diesem einverstanden. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte sie werde mit der Chefin noch mal reden und diese meldet sich bei mir. Heute ist Mittwoch, und es kam mit der Post - ohne einen Anruf von der Chefin - die Rechnung - natürlich mit der kompletten Summe. Und ein verknuddelter Gutschein mit ein paar hingeschmetterten Worten - ok im Wert von 30,- aber meiner Meinung hat es die Damen wenig interessiert bzw. hauptsächlich die Chefin (und ich habe über 600,- dort gelassen!) und somit empfehle ich das Unternehmen leider nicht weiter. In and of itself, the look of the wreaths and arrangements in the funeral hall was beautiful. Unfortunately, mistakes crept in with 2 names (but the order was filled out correctly with the names). I was lucky that I was there 2 hours before the official farewell. It was then also exchanged. As it turned out afterwards, instead of "and" "ind" and instead of the word "In" there was the word "Im", which is really blatant at a funeral with the last dedication and apart from that with more than 200, - sometimes with the relatives was also embarrassed because I organized it for everyone. When I came into the shop on the following Monday, they were not particularly impressed and said that there was a lot going on and that several things had not been right. But is that my problem when you're already grieving for someone? In any case, I suggested giving myself a discount - the boss first had to be called - she let me know that I should choose a bouquet of flowers. In all honesty - I had enough flowers at home from the wreath and that didn't interest me. Since a ribbon costs 20.00, I would be fine with a discount from this one. The employee said she would talk to the boss again and she will contact me. Today is Wednesday, and the bill came in the mail - without a call from the boss - with the full amount, of course. And a cuddly voucher with a few smacked words - ok worth 30, - but in my opinion the ladies and / or mainly the boss (and I left over 600 there!) And so I unfortunately recommend the company not further.

Deshalb auch meine 1 stern Bewertung Unfortunately I bought a bouquet of roses there on Valentine's Day, unfortunately it has already completely faded after 5 days and they were also the 5 most expensive roses I bought... Hence my 1 star rating
