★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderbarer Fisch! Leider aber höchst mangelhafte Betreuung für Kunden in Wien. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind scheinbar nicht in der Lage eine gualifizierte Zustellung vor der Wohnungstür zu gewährleisten, bzw. diese bzw. diese von Ihren Zustellern - Post und DPD einzufordern. Wir wohnen im 4. Stock und finden bereits zum 2. ( ZWEITEN !!) die Fischlieferung geöffnet im Parterre des Hauses vor. Ein teurer Spaß für diesen unprofessionellen Kundenservice.
Wonderful fish! Unfortunately, however, extremely poor support for customers in Vienna. The employees are apparently not in a position to guarantee a certified delivery to the front door, or to request this from your deliverers - Post and DPD. We live on the 4th floor and already find the fish delivery open on the 2nd (SECOND !!) on the ground floor of the house. Expensive fun for this unprofessional customer service.
