Ich habe für meine Mutter Blumen bestellt und bis spät abends keine Informationen über die Zustellung erhalten, der Blumenstrauß kam nie an und beim Kundenservice war niemand zu erreichen. Meine Nachrichten auf WhatsApp wurden gelesen und ignoriert. Eine absolute Frechheit! Ich hätte Verständnis, wenn die Bestellungen am heutigen Tag zu viele waren, aber dann wünsche ich zumindest eine Information oder Entschuldigung. I would prefer to give 0 stars. I ordered flowers for my mother and didn't get any information about the delivery until late at night, the bouquet never arrived and no one could reach customer service. My messages on WhatsApp were read and ignored. An absolute cheek! I would understand if the orders were too many today, but then I would like at least some information or an apology.

Die Blumen ( Rosen ) ließen nach 2 Tage den Kopf hängen und wurden braun und unansehnlich !! 4. Für einen LUXERIÖSEN , ÜPPIGEN Blumenstrauß ( wie vom Händler beschrieben)um 75 Euro erwartet man sich eine dementsprechende Qualität und üppigen schönen Strauß. War leider nicht der Fall. Mehr Grün und Gras als Rosen. 5. Preis/Leistung ????? . Disappointed 1. Flowers were late!! 2. The vase does not match !! 3. The flowers (roses) hung their heads after 2 days and turned brown and unsightly!! 4. For a LUXURIOUS, LUSH bouquet (as described by the retailer) for 75 euros, one would expect a corresponding quality and lush beautiful bouquet. Unfortunately it wasn't the case. More green and grass than roses. 5. Value for money ????? .

F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wurde der Straus nicht wie vereinbart an den Arbeitsplatz meiner Gattin geliefert, man hat sich wohl bei der Menge an Bestellungen am Valentinstag überschätzt :) Mir wurde dann alternativ angeboten die Blumen zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt direkt nach Hause zu liefern. Da am Ende doch noch alles geklappt hat und der Straus doch sehr schön ist gebe ich dennoch 5 Sterne, hauptsächlich weil meine Bestellung auch teilweise auf den letzten Drücker war und sich die Kollegen von Floramor sehr bemüht haben. Meine Frau hat sich so oder so sehr gefreut. Unfortunately, the bouquet was not delivered to my wife's workplace as agreed, they probably overestimated themselves with the number of orders on Valentine's Day :) I was then alternatively offered to deliver the flowers directly to my home at a later date. Since everything worked out in the end and the bouquet is very beautiful, I still give it 5 stars, mainly because my order was partly at the last minute and the colleagues at Floramor tried very hard. My wife was very happy anyway.
