First of all, the place is impeccably clean (very important!). the tank (more like a large tub) is open which is very important to me (i get claustrophobic). The experience takes a little getting used to (floating in the dark isn’t part of my usual routine) but by the end of it I let go and afterwards I really appreciated the process. It was interesting to observe how initially there is a rush of thoughts that gradually quietens and at some point I was able to fully relax into it (which usually doesn’t come easy to me)and serenely float. Will definitely try again :)

You are not floating in a tank, but you are in a room with a entrance area, a shower and a seperate big floating tub. The space is all for yourself. Tried the couple floating with my partner. First floating experience; very relaxing. Definitely worth a try. Would recommend bringing a water bottle as well, you might get thirsty.
