Most of the time the attitude of the staff were same. Regarding the facilities in the bus, they were good. Toilets in the buses were neat and clean. To use the coffee machine, you need to know German. Seek assistance from co-passengers.

The bus itself was very comfortable, had charging outlets on the bus, wifi & you could watch free movies from their website!... you have to be mindful of the 2 bus stations. There can be a bit of confusion (if you don’t know). I mistakenly went to the main Bus Terminal which is 20 min train ride away from the International bus terminal, but made it to my bus on time. The IBT is right outside the train ? station!

K	Kazi Amzad Hossain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FlixBus stop : Bus no 96 connects Vienna and Graz every 30 minutes. Good time keeping by the driver. But, there's not enough waiting place to sit, only two benches. What a shame! The bus authority should increase facilities here.

L	Laura Benic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on the driver, the overall bus experience is ok (toilets sometimes dirty and no toilet paper). However, it is absolutely irresponsible and incredible that during ALL 4 drives (to Croatia and back twice), the majority of passengers and in 2 cases even the bus drivers were NOT wearing ANY masks. There are signs in the bus but no one seemed to care and it should be the responsibility of the bus driver to ensure compliance with the current COVID rules. Even though I made sure to wear a FFP2 mask it frustrates me that the safety of all passengers is not guaranteed during a 5 hours ride in a full bus. Flixbus should ensure the rules are followed and the health of its passengers is protected.
