Regional, das heißt dass auch manchmal nicht alles zur Verfügung steht aber sofort Alternativen geboten werden und eine Auskunft gegeben werden kann wann man die gewünschte Ware wieder bekommt. Ich bin sehr froh noche einen solchen Fleischhauer in meiner Nähe zu haben. Quality of the meat is top! You also have the feeling of being treated honestly! Regional, which means that sometimes not everything is available but alternatives are immediately offered and information can be given when the desired goods can be obtained again. I am very happy to have such a butcher in my area.

Die Schwarte, die man sich knusprig vorstellt war schwabbelig weich. Danke, nie wieder! Bought a finished stilt today for the first and last time. It was unsightly and tasted only salty. Wir kaufen hier regelmäßig ein und finden, dass die Ozlbergers hier ein wirklich tolles Angebot mit hoher Qualität haben. Natürlich sind das keine Penny Preise, aber ich kauf lieber seltener Fleisch und dann in Top-Qualität als die Billigware von Irgendwo mit der Extraportion Antibiotika und der fürchterlichen Tierhaltung. Great local trout and great crown of lamb today. We shop here regularly and think that the Ozlbergers have a really great offer of high quality here. Of course these are not penny prices, but I prefer to buy meat less often and then in top quality than cheap goods from somewhere with the extra portion of antibiotics and terrible animal husbandry.

Seitdem Essen wir auch unter der Woche fast gar nichts mehr fleischiges oder an Wurst und gönnen uns dann am Wochenende immer was nettes zum Grillen. UND: Der Käseleberkäse ist ein Traum. Ganz anders als was man sonst so kennt. Bis zum Wochenende :) Having arrived in the grill business, we have been buying meat almost every week since the grill. Super tasty and also a nice shop. Since then we don't eat anything meaty or sausage anymore during the week and then treat ourselves to something nice to grill on the weekend. AND: The cheese liver cheese is a dream. Quite different from what you otherwise know. Until the weekend :)
