Einem Kunden die Schuld dafür zu geben, wenn eine Bestellung nicht funktioniert, ist ein NO GO.,
Das Verkaufspersonal ist schlecht geschult und es herrscht Chaos.
Die lieblos aufgeklebten Zettel im Verkaufsraum zeugen von minderer Professionalität. Von der Homepage ganz zu schweigen.
Für das Leberkässemmerl zwischendurch reichte es…
I have been a long-term customer and have always been satisfied with the quality so far. What doesn't fit at all is the friendliness and customer service.
Blaming a customer for when an order doesn't work is a NO GO.,
The sales force is poorly trained and there is chaos.
The carelessly stuck-on notes in the sales room testify to a lack of professionalism. Not to mention the homepage.
For the Leberkässemmerl in between it was enough ...
