b	berryblack berryblack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ am 09.10.2018 eine aktionswurstsemmel um € 1,- gekauft - dachte so etwas gibt es heute noch? naja mal sehen - womöglich 3 scheiben extrawurst in einer semmel - ich wurde sehr angenehm überrascht!!! 6 scheiben käsewurst in einer semmel !!!! hut ab - das ist wirklich eine positive leistung - einzig die semmel war nicht mehr so ganz frisch - gebäck vom im selbigen raum befindlichen bäcker - sollte eben mehrmasls täglich geordert werden und nicht nur einmal am morgen... daher der eine punkt abzug - aber ansonsten 1A - auch von der optischen aufmachung des lokals - alles sauber - personal sehr freundlich - gratulation an den scheinbar in hollabrunn befindlichen betreiber dieser filiale - ich werde wieder kommen wenn ich in stockerau weile... bought a sausage roll for € 1 on October 9, 2018 - thought something like that still exists today? well let's see - possibly 3 slices of extra sausage in a roll - I was very pleasantly surprised! 6 slices of cheese sausage in a roll !! Hats off - that's really a positive achievement - only the roll was not that fresh anymore - baked goods from the baker in the same room - should be ordered several times a day and not just once in the morning ... hence the one point deduction - but Otherwise 1A - also in terms of the appearance of the restaurant - everything was clean - staff was very friendly - congratulations to the operator of this branch apparently located in hollabrunn - I will come back when I am in stockerau ...

So muss ein Fachgeschäft funktionieren, dann kann es auch gegen die Supermärkte bestehen! Weiter so! The best butcher I know. The operation is extremely competent, the goods are excellent. Special requests are also realized upon order. This is how a specialty shop must work, then it can also stand up to the supermarkets! Keep it up!
T	Thomas Sydor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gehe nun schon seit Jahren regelmäßig (um nicht zu sagen ausschließlich) zum Hofmann einkaufen, meist in Stockerau, ab und zu in Korneuburg. Jedesmal wurde ich dort bestens versorgt, sowohl mit Fleisch, Aufstrichen und Wurst als auch mit Ratschlägen zur Verarbeitung. Ich esse zwar nur selten Fleisch und Wurst aber wenn, dann möchte ich gute Qualität (da spielt der Preis eine untergeordnete Rolle). Vieles, was ich dort kaufen kann, hat Bio-Qualität. Zusammen mit der kompetenten Beratung finde ich hier meine perfekte Mischung! Weiter so, schön, dass es Euch gibt! I have been going to Hofmann regularly (not to say exclusively) for years now, mostly in Stockerau, now and then in Korneuburg. Every time I was well looked after there, both with meat, spreads and sausage as well as advice on processing. I rarely eat meat and sausages, but when I do, I want good quality (the price plays a subordinate role). Much of what I can buy there is organic. Together with the competent advice, I find my perfect mix here! Keep it up, nice that you exist!
T	Tramp Setter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Qualität der Speisen, aber den Umgang mit Kunden finden ich leider nicht besonders. Eigentlich möchte ich Regionalität und Qualität fördern, auch wenn es etwas mehr kostet. Aber in 2/3 Besuchen fühle ich mich als Kunde beim Besuch der Filiale leider nicht besonders wohl. Vielleicht bin ich hier etwas sensibel, aber: 1.) ich fühle mich bedrängt, wenn ich sage "dann hab' ich's" erwarte ich mir nicht die Antwort: "und was kommt noch dazu!?" - mehrmals passiert. 2.) ich muss ständig nach der Rechnung fragen und werde manchmal schief angeschaut - gesetzliche Verpflichtung der Aushändigung. 3.) Wenn ich der Verkäuferin ein schönes Wochenende Wünsche, würde ich mich freuen, wenn das erwidert wird und nicht "Danke Wiederchau'n" Ich hoffe, dass sich das mal bessert, sonst werde ich meine Fleischprodukte in Zukunft meine Produkte wieder im Supermarkt kaufen oder zum Vegetarier mutieren. Good quality of the food, but unfortunately I don't find the dealings with customers particularly good. I actually want to promote regionality and quality, even if it costs a little more. But in 2/3 visits I unfortunately don't feel particularly comfortable as a customer when visiting the branch. Maybe I'm a bit sensitive here, but: 1.) I feel pressured when I say "then I have it" I do not expect the answer: "and what's more !?" - happened several times. 2.) I have to constantly ask for the invoice and sometimes I look at it wrong - legal obligation to hand it over. 3.) If I wish the seller a nice weekend, I would be happy if this is replied and not "Thank you again" I hope that this will improve, otherwise I will buy my meat products in the supermarket again in the future or mutate into a vegetarian.

Die Bedienung angenehm und kompetent. Die wissen echt noch wovon sie reden! Schön, dass es so etwas noch gibt! I was in the Hoffmann butcher shop today and was more than positively surprised by this business! Large selection of goods and everything more than as good! The operation pleasant and competent. They really know what they're talking about! Nice that something like this still exists!

Preislich etwas teurer als die Wurst aus dem Supermarkt aber bisher habe ich dort noch keine schlechte Ware erworben. Beim Supermarkt ist mir schon mal einen schlechte Salami verkauft worden. Auch Mittagessen kann man dort aber das habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert. Very good meat products, mostly of regional origin. A bit more expensive than the sausage from the supermarket, but so far I haven't bought any bad goods there. I have already been sold a bad salami at the supermarket. You can also have lunch there, but I haven't tried that yet.
