Der Fleischer meines Vertrauens, den ich fast 30 Jahre kenne, betreut mich in hervorragender Weise, steht auch mit gutem Rat bei der Auswahl zur Verfügung. Praktisch: ein Gemüsestand mit beachtlicher Auswahl, guter Qualität und freundlicher Betreuung ist auch in der Halle vorhanden, ebenso ein Geschäft mit großer Auswahl an Wurstwaren, sodass man hier den Einkauf weitgehend komplett erledigen kann. Auch Fisch wird geboten, ein Fachgeschäft für Fleischerzubehör rundet das Ganze ab. My first (and almost only) address when it comes to buying meat. The meat section is open from 4am till around midday, the earlier you are here, the better. The people working here are true meat experts and could guide you according to your needs. I have only discovered this market only 3 weeks ago and already second time visiting. In terms of payment - not every booth accepts debit / credit cards - you would need to bring cash with you.
