- das ist MononatriumGLUTAMAT
...echt schade, ein wahrscheinlich qualitativ hochwertiges Fleisch so zu versauen....leider hat es ausser nach total überwürzt nach nichts geschmeckt, kein Hirschgeschmack - und ich esse oft Wild und kenne den Geschmack
....einfach ohne Worte - schade.....

- this is monosodium GLUTAMATE
... really a shame to mess up a probably high-quality meat like this .... unfortunately it didn't taste like anything except totally over-seasoned, no deer taste - and I often eat game and know the taste
