Aber das Personal ist arm an Kompetenz und die Chefetage absolut nicht in der Lage kundenorientiert zu agieren. Da wartet man in der Schlange und an der Theke wird getratscht... Kein gutes Service, leider! Oh dear, unfortunately nothing. Range of goods and quality are good, the meat spread (bread roll) a HAMMER! Leider und das trübt das Einkaufen enorm ist die Führungsebene nicht fähig eine optimale Geschäftsführung an den Tag zu legen. (Verkäuferinnen wurden nicht über Preise informiert als auch kein Preis in der Kassa zu finden war). Bis sich nach 25 min der Chef bequemte einen Preis zu finden. Zudem war er die Unfreundlichkeit in Person. The quality of the goods is top. The shop assistants are very friendly and competent. Especially the beef, which comes from the farm slaughter, is simply delicious. And the liver dumplings are world class.

Ich habe mich schon im Geschäft gewundert weil die Suppe rötlich war was für ein Beuschel, meiner meinung nach, eher unüblich ist. Natürlich habe ich die Verkäuferin darauf angesprochen aber das Personal hat keine Ahnung ist inkompetent und ungeschult, was ansich schon ein Witz ist da man fachmännisches Wissen erwartet in einem Fachbetrieb. Die Suppe war eigentlich keine Suppe sondern eine rötlich gefärbte Mehlpampe. So etwas ekelhaftes habe ich noch nie gegessen, selbst nachwürzen hat nichts gebracht. Ich habe 9,90€ dafür bezahlt aber das "Essen" war keinen Euro wehrt. Schade um die Innereien die hier verarbeitet wurden. 1x und nie wieder! Bought 1 jar of Beuschel soup - complete disappointment! I was already surprised in the shop because the soup was reddish which, in my opinion, is rather unusual for a Beuschel. Of course I asked the saleswoman about it, but the staff has no idea, is incompetent and untrained, which in itself is a joke because you expect professional knowledge in a specialist company. The soup wasn't actually a soup but a reddish-colored flour mush. I've never eaten anything so disgusting, even seasoning didn't help. I paid €9.90 for it but the "food" wasn't worth a euro. It's a shame about the innards that were processed here. 1x and never again!
