★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamentos muy limpios, decoración muy acogedora y actualizada. Tuvimos un pequeño percance con la hora de entrada, pero finalmente entramos a la hora que habíamos acordado desde el principio. Se entra con llave o código, da sensación de seguridad. Cocina muy completa, aunque como sugerencia podrían poner una tostadora. Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca del metro y de un Lidl.
Very clean apartments, very cozy and updated decoration. We had a little mishap with the time of entry, but finally we entered the time we had agreed from the beginning. It is entered with key or code, it gives a sense of security Very complete kitchen, although as a suggestion they could put a toaster. Very good location, very close to the metro and a Lidl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice!! We used this lovely apartment when we visited Vienna Dec 13-15 2019. Clean, comfortable and close to shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed the Christmas Market at the Palace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience. The last day was a disaster. We had communicated before with the owner if we could leave after check out somewhere our luggage. He responded us yes we could in the common "hall" just pressing the reception button and he would opened to us. The result was that he never did. We were pressing the button for hours, calling him, texting him, email him, absolutely no response. We left without our staff. We booked the apartment through Booking we called them but they did not find him either. Booking is also responsible for the reliability of its partners.
