Сами апартаменты тоже на уровне, есть практически все, что может потребоваться, кроме стиральной машины. Хозяин отзывчивый и достаточно общительный. Рекомендую! Very good location of the apartments, near the center, near the canal, the place is quiet, literally 200 meters away there is a cafe, to the supermarket is also 3 minutes walk. The apartments themselves are also on the level, there is almost everything that may be required, except for a washing machine. The host is responsive and sociable enough. Recommend!

Si trova a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro; per spostarsi si possono prendere anche metro (quella verde é la piú vicina) e bus. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercato, discount, bar e qualche ristorante. Direi che l'appartamento non é centralissimo, ma é ben collegato, pulito e piacevolmente arredato. Il riscaldamento va benissimo, cosí come la disponibilitá illimitata di acqua calda e fredda. In bagno c'é una bella vasca, il phon e gli asciugamani. In cucina ci sono posate e stoviglie, utensili vari, microonde, frigo, piastre cottura, bollitore. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Large and spacious apartment, well organized and nice. It is a 15/20 minute walk from the center; to get around you can also take the metro (the green one is the closest) and bus. Nearby there are supermarkets, discount stores, bars and some restaurants. I would say that the apartment is not very central, but it is well connected, clean and pleasantly furnished. The heating is fine, as is the unlimited availability of hot and cold water. In the bathroom there is a nice bathtub, a hairdryer and towels. In the kitchen there are cutlery and crockery, various utensils, microwave, fridge, cooking plates, kettle. Friendly and helpful owner.
R	Reeta Gautam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic stay at this fabulous Flatprovider Comfort Gauss Apartment in Vienna. Its located in one of the best areas of Vienna and perfect in budget. The apartment is 15-20 minutes away from the main city and its near to Sisi Musieum and Opera house. All the amenities were available along with the basic requirements. Most importantly everything is available nearby and the owner of this property was kind. Though our bus was late, he welcomed us at night. I would recommend this apartment if you are going to stay in Vienna. Check out a few pictures of this property! Stayed on 2nd and 3rd June 2018 :)
