Die Geräte eigenen sich hervorragend für diverse Bodyweight - Übungen (Klimmzüge, Dips, etc.), bieten aber auch die Möglichkeit gewisse Turnübungen (Übungen am Reck oder Barren) zu trainieren. Der Fitnesspark kann desweiteren als Station in diversen Laufrunden eingebaut werden.
 Great (free) training park that certainly not only "Crossfitter" responds, but all the fun of exercise. The devices are ideal for various bodyweight exercises (pull - ups, dips, etc.), but also offer the opportunity to train certain gymnastic exercises (exercises on the horizontal bars or bars).
