Der Chef hilft gern und gibt wertvolle Tipps sowohl zum Training, als auch zur Ernährung, man ist auf du und es herrscht ein insgesamt freundschaftliches Klima mit viel Witz und Testosteron! Jeder und auch jedE ist willkommen! THE place of worship for physical exercise par excellence! The Gym in the Rabengasse is not only the oldest bodybuilding gym in Austria, it also has robust equipment from the 80s for a real hardcore training! The boss is happy to help and gives valuable tips for both training and nutrition, you are on you and there is a generally friendly climate with lots of joke and testosterone! The manager is super friendly and really cares about the sport, the equipment is beautifully reminiscent of bodybuildings 80s Golden Age. Not the place for you if you're looking to run a bit on the treadmill but if you're looking to get shredded and make some testosterone driven gains I definitely recommend. Usually empty or sparsely filled so you usually have the place to yourself to lift and listen to music.
