After years of searching and some trying out I finally found a training that I liked to go to. Very competent, the right mix of push and patience. Alles in allem: nur empfehlenswert für alle vom Couch Potato bis zum Spitzensportler - sie hat es echt drauf! My wife and I have been training with Margot for almost three years now, who makes the training very varied and effective and always takes special requests into account. All in all: only recommended for everyone from couch potatoes to top athletes - she really has it!
