B	B P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geräte sind alt aber gut und funktionieren einwandfrei. Auch die Auswahl an Geräten ist gut. Leider sind die Eigentümer nicht besonders freundlich, es ist sehr teuer und es ist verboten WASSER zu konsumieren. Entweder Getränkeabo oder dehydrieren?!? Werde nicht mehr dort trainieren. Devices are old but good and work perfectly. The selection of devices is also good. Unfortunately the owners are not very friendly, it is very expensive and it is forbidden to consume WATER. Either drink subscription or dehydrate?!? I won't train there anymore.
f	fabian baumgartinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo, zum Studio: Top Studio mit sehr guter und moderner Ausstattung, ein paar beliebte Geräte fehlen was aber jetzt nicht dramatisch stört. (Brust) Allgemein: Im VERTRAG steht eine Verlängerung des Vertrages UM EIN WEITERES JAHR, WENN NICHT 10 WOCHEN VOR AUBLAUF DES VERTRAGES EINE KÜNDIGUNG BEKANNT GEGEBEN WIRD. Bei mir war es so,der Vertrag wurde um 1 weiter Jahr verlängert, nach einiger Zeit wollte ich kündigen wovon ich vom Jungchef darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass der Vertrag erst im März 2020 ausläuft. Jedoch informierte ich mich beim Konsumentenschutz der Wirtschsfskammer OÖ über den Vertrag. Dies ist rechtswidrig und somit tritt diese Klausel nicht in Kraft. Da ich nicht kündigen konnte laut Jungchef, musste ein Mitarbeiter des Konsumentenschutzes das Fitnesstudio anschreiben, woraufhin der Vertrag mit sofortiger Wirkung aufgelöst wurde. Vom Seniorchef kam jedoch Empörung warum ich dies nicht persönlich abkläre, sondern direkt zum Verbraucherschutz gehe. Jedoch war ich 1 Woche vorher beim Jungchef, somit waren Jung- und Seniorchef nicht abgeklärt miteinander. Somit muss man bei Vertragsabschluss die Verlängerungsfrist nicht beachten da sie sowieso rechtswidrig sei; so die WKO. Wenn man dann unfreundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht wird, dass man noch gebunden ist, was jedoch nicht einmal stimmt, ist dies in meinen Augen nurnoch pure Geldmacherei und in so einem Studio lasse ich bestimmt kein Geld mehr! Weiters gibt es hier keinen Lehrlingstarif wie in anderen Fitnessstudios, klar sind Getränke (1,49€) dabei, jedochoch beträgt der Preis immernoch 9,99€ pro Woche , auf einen durchschnittlichen Monatspreis von fast 43€ kommt. (Paar Cent weniger). Jedoch wird mit einem Lehrlingstarif geworben, das dies preislich kaum einen Unterschied macht wird nicht erwähnt. Wobei man aber in anderen Studios einen Monatlichen Lehrlingstarif um vieles günstiger bekommt. Dies sind jedoch nur meine Erfahrungen mit dem Studio! Ich hätte dies gerne im nachhinein dies noch beredet jedoch wurde ich von der WKO darüber informiert, dass ich mich laut Inhaber nicht mehr im Fitnessstudio blicken lassen soll. Dies ist nur Kritik und dient dazu, das sich das Fitnessstudio verbessert; da es von den Geräten her top ist. (Chest) General: In the CONTRACT, an extension of the contract is FOR ANOTHER YEAR IF NOT TEN 10 WEEKS WILL BE TERMINATED BEFORE THE CONTRACT WAS TERMINATED. For me it was like that, the contract was prolonged for another year, after some time I wanted to resign from what I was told by the young boss that the contract expires in March 2020. However, I informed myself in the consumer protection of the Chamber of Commerce Upper Austria about the contract. This is unlawful and thus this clause does not come into force. Since I was unable to quit, according to Jungchef, a consumer protection employee had to write to the gym, whereupon the contract was terminated with immediate effect. From the senior boss, however, came outrage why I do not clarify this personally, but go directly to consumer protection. However, I was 1 week before the young boss, so young and senior were not clarified with each other. Thus, one does not have to observe the extension period when signing the contract because it is unlawful anyway; so the WKO. If you then rude attention is drawn to the fact that you are still bound, but this is not even true, this is in my eyes just pure money making and in such a studio, I will definitely no longer money! Furthermore, there is no apprentice rate here as in other gyms, drinks are clearly (1.49 €), but still the price is still 9.99 € per week, comes to an average monthly price of almost 43 €. (Few pennies less). However, advertised with an apprenticeship rate, this makes little difference in price is not mentioned. But one gets in other studios a monthly apprentice rate much cheaper. These are just my experiences with the studio! I would like to talk about this in retrospect, but I was informed by the WKO that I should no longer look at the gym, according to the owner. This is just criticism and serves to improve the gym; because it is top of the devices.
