★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach urig und gut. Und das Konzept sehr einfach und erfrischend. Man ist gut beraten ab 18 Uhr vor Ort zu sein um sich noch einen Tisch reservieren zu können auf dem jeweils bereits eine Flasche Wein Most und Soda steht. Soviel ich weiß gibt es auch kein Besteck sondern nur den unglaublich frisch geräucherten guten Fisch in folgender Reihenfolge: Forelle, Saibling Lachsforelle... auch Aal gibt es zuweilen.. die kleineren Fischesorten sind quasi als früher fertig... wer also eine Lachsforelle möchte der sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen aber man kann sie auch bestellen und abholen.Es ist absolut kein Problem sich die Beilagen oder Besteck selbst mitzunehmen bzw sogar eine gute Ergänzung wenn man nicht einfach nur Fisch essen möchte. Das ganze gibt es aber nur einmal pro Woche am Freitag....viel Spass
Simply quaint and good. And the concept very simple and refreshing. It is well advised to be on site from 6 p.m. to reserve a table with a bottle of wine must and soda on it. As far as I know there is no cutlery either, only the incredibly freshly smoked good fish in the following order: trout, char, salmon trout ... there is also eel from time to time .. the smaller types of fish are more or less ready than before ... so if you want a salmon trout it should bring some time with you, but you can also order and pick it up. It is absolutely no problem to take the side dishes or cutlery with you or even a good addition if you don't just want to eat fish. The whole thing is only available once a week on Friday ... have fun

Fangfrischer Fisch aus eigener Zucht auf Wunsch auch ausgenommen oder filetiert. Geräucherter Fisch als Filet oder im Ganzen. Es schmeckt alles wirklich ausgezeichnet und nach "richtigem" Fisch, nicht das was man im Supermarkt bekommt.
Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, auch wenn der Andrang mal größer ist. Dennoch eine flotte Abwicklung.
Auch ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Price-performance ratio absolutely top.
Freshly caught fish from our own farm can also be gutted or filleted on request. Smoked fish fillet or whole. Everything tastes really excellent and of "real" fish, not what you get in the supermarket.
The service is very friendly, even when the rush is bigger. Nevertheless, a quick transaction.
Sufficient parking space is also available.

Wonderful fish. Fresh!!! But only available from Thursday to Saturday noon. Really highly recommended.
