S	Stefan Bruns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uns gefällt die Kombination von einer einfachen Unterkunft mit guter Halbpension, Spa-Bereich und einer nicht aufdringlichen Animation (incl. Skiguiding). Preis-Leistung ist top. Wir haben bisher immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht. We like the combination of simple accommodation with good half board, spa area and non-intrusive animation (including ski guiding). Price-performance ratio is great. We have always had good experiences so far.
K	Kathrin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für die Leistungen, die dort angeboten werden, ist der Preis wirklich unschlagbar. Das Essen war morgens und abends immer sehr lecker und ausreichend gewesen. Auch nachmittags gab es jeden Tag leckere Süßspeisen. Die Zimmer werden alle 2 Tage gereinigt, was bei dem Preis auch verständlich ist. Da man ja eh nur selber das Zimmer bewohnt, sollte das auch für keinen ein Problem sein. Kleine Probleme wurden direkt vom Personal behoben For the services that are offered there, the price is really unbeatable. The food was always very tasty and sufficient in the morning and in the evening. Even in the afternoon there were delicious desserts every day. The rooms are cleaned every 2 days, which is understandable given the price. Since you only live in the room yourself anyway, that shouldn't be a problem for anyone. Small problems were fixed directly by the staff

The skibus station for Hochzillertal under Zillertal Arena is directly in front of the hotel. The zillertalbahn is about 5 minutes by feet. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner which is nothing special but tasty. You have access to a table soccer and a nice bar.
M	Michiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the price range, the hotel was ok. The staff is helpful and friendly. The reception is not staffed full time. Only during checking in and checking out. Keep this in mind. You can, however wait in the lobby without a problem. Breakfast had a decent selection and I have to emphasize that you can make your own wafels freshly on the spot! There was a slight issue with our first room but was quickly resolved without any further issues. I do recommend putting a do not disturb sign if you want to sleep until 10:00.
