Habe mit dem Firmenchef vereinbart das ich einen Kostenvoranschlag möchte und noch vor Beginn der Reperatur verständigt werden möchte. Das ist nicht geschehen, ich hatte noch rechtzeitig dort angerufen, bei meinem Auto war die Reperatur schon im Gange, als mir gesagt wurde das diese 800 Euro ausmachen würde. Da ich nicht damit einverstanden war , wurde die Reperatur gestoppt. Habe mein Auto abgeholt und dann in eine andere Werkstatt gebracht wo ich dann letztendlich für die selbe Reperatur nur 300 Euro bezahlt habe.
Got there appointment, in order to repair I needed according to ÖAMTC for the Pickerl. Have agreed with the CEO that I would like a quote and would like to be notified before the start of repair. That did not happen, I had called there in time, the repair of my car was already in progress when I was told that would make up this 800 euros. Since I did not agree, the repair was stopped. Have picked up my car and then brought to another workshop where I ultimately paid only 300 euros for the same repair.
