Angenehme Atmosphäre, große Büros, ausreichend Platz. Gut ausgestattete Küche für gemeinsames Kochen und gemeinsame Pausen. Parkplatz ist etwas verwirrend aber man kann den Parkplatz mit der Schranke benutzen und das Ticket im Büro stempeln lassen. Very nice people who are trying very hard. Very friendly, courteous. Great product and great service. Pleasant atmosphere, large offices, enough space. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking and breaks together. Parking is a bit confusing but you can use the parking lot with the barrier and have the ticket stamped in the office.

Ich begrüße zwar den technologischen Fortschritt, schade ist nur, wenn man ihn den Kunden nicht mitteilt und ihnen damit das neue Potenzial verwehrt. Ohne eine Information an uns, wurden sowohl das Tracking, als auch die Plattform zu Steuerung und Auswertung geändert. Nichts ging mehr. Der Support bekam eine erneute Anbindung im Nachgang nicht mehr hin. Man wurde dennoch nicht müde weiter zu berechnen, obwohl seitens der eigenen AGB keine Berechtigung mehr für eine Abrechnung bestand. Selbst Versuche eines klärenden Gespräches, wurden getrost ignoriert. Man habe ja nichts falsch gemacht. Zurück bleibt Enttäuschung und die Feststellung, dass Findologic als Business-Partner nichts taugt und das eigentliche Interesse beim Geld, aber nicht bei zufriedenen Kunden liegt. Wir sind zu DooFinder gewechselt, die eine nahezu identische Technologie besitzen, einen Top Support liefern, sogar vor Vertragsbeginn, und zudem ein Vielfaches günstiger sind. Weitere Sprachanbindungen kosten nicht extra und eine umständliche Auswertung über Google Analytics ist ebenfalls nicht nötig. We were a Findologic customer for almost 3 years. I welcome the technological progress, it's just a shame if you don't tell the customer about it and thus deny them the new potential. Without any information to us, both the tracking and the platform for control and evaluation were changed. Nothing worked anymore. The support did not get a new connection afterwards. You didn't get tired of calculating, even though your own terms and conditions were no longer authorized for billing. Even attempts to clarify the matter were safely ignored. You haven't done anything wrong. What remains is disappointment and the conclusion that Findologic is no good as a business partner and that the real interest lies in money, but not in satisfied customers. We switched to DooFinder, which has almost identical technology, provides top support, even before the start of the contract, and is also many times cheaper. Additional language connections do not cost extra and laborious evaluation via Google Analytics is also not necessary.
