Unfortunately there is no zero star I waited 1 × 40 minutes 2 × 15 minutes then you just hang up is that still a welfare state?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist hier niemand telefonisch erreichbar. Auch für nur eine kurze Frage muss man einen Termin vor Ort vereinbaren, anstatt eine einfache Antwort per Mail zu bekommen. Entweder ist dieses Amt hoffnungslos unterbesetzt, oder niemand fühlt sich für irgendwas verantwortlich...
Unfortunately nobody here can be reached by phone. Even for a short question, you have to make an appointment on site instead of receiving a simple answer by email. Either this position is hopelessly understaffed, or no one feels responsible for anything ...
