Besser als jedes Fitnessstudio. Ich hätte mir nie gedacht, dass Sport und Abnehmen so viel Spaß machen kann. I can really recommend it. Very friendly and extremely competent advice. Both Andrea and Nadine approach each woman individually. Better than any gym. I never thought that exercising and losing weight could be so much fun.
