Nachdem mir bei einem Telefonat in der Früh gesagt wurde, dass ich keinen Termin brauche, sondern "einfach vorbeikommen" soll, bin ich heute Nachmittag hingegangen. Nachdem bereits vier Kunden im Wartebereich saßen wurde ich gebeten 20 Minuten zu warten. Nach zwanzig Minuten wartete ich immer noch gemeinsam mit den anderen vier Kunden. Daraufhin entschied ich mich den Salon zu verlassen. Wenn einem Kunden kommuniziert wird, dass er keinen Termin braucht, dann bedeutet das auch für mich, dass ich dann nicht mindestens eine halbe Stunde warten muss. Das geht einfach nicht. Hätte mich auf ein neuen, hippen Salon in der Gegend gefreut, aber so nicht. Ich werde diesen Salon nicht mehr besuchen. I wanted to have a men's and beard cut today. Would have been looking forward to a new, hip salon in the area, but not like this. I will not visit this salon again.
