Near the center in a quiet street. Balconies overlook the forest. Washing machine, gym, ping-pong, darts, table football, wifi available.

E	Eike Jankun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urlaub im Rosenweg 19 - Wohnung 4 vom 15.06.-06.07.2019 (3 Wochen). Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit großem überdachten Balkon. Küche mit allem erforderlichen Geschirr. Alles absolut sauber. Freier Blick auf den Kitzelberg. Absolut ruhige, erholsame Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine, ein Fach im Tiefkühlschrank sowie diverse Fahrräder zur Verfügung; daneben Tischtennisplatte, Darts und Kickertisch. Das Vermieterehepaar ist stets vor Ort und kümmert sich um alle Belange und gibt Hinweise für Ausflüge. Wir haben zum Baden im Klopeiner See das Strandbad / Sportbad Süd gewählt (Badekarte wird gestellt). Entfernung 1,8 km; mit dem Fahrrad in gut 5 Minuten erreichbar. Herrliche Liegewiese mit schattenspendenden Bäumen sowie Bänken zum Verweilen. Das Wasser des Sees ist klar, herrlich erfrischend und hat Trinkwasserqualität. Zu der Homepage kann ist sagen: „What you see is what you get“. Es war ein rundum toller, abwechslungsreicher Urlaub mit Wandern, Bergsteigen, Fahrradfahren, Baden und Städtetrip (Klagenfurt, Ljubljana). Holiday at Rosenweg 19 - Apartment 4 from 15.06.-06.07.2019 (3 weeks). The apartment is spacious with a large covered balcony. Kitchen with all necessary dishes. Everything was absolutely clean. Free view of the Kitzelberg. Absolutely quiet, restful location at the end of a dead end. In the basement is a washing machine, a compartment in the freezer and a variety of bicycles available; besides table tennis, darts and table football. The landlord couple is always on site and takes care of all matters and gives tips for excursions. For bathing in Lake Klopein we have chosen the Strandbad / Sportbad Süd (bath card provided). Distance 1.8 km; 5 minutes by bike. Magnificent lawn with shady trees and benches to stay. The water of the lake is clear, wonderfully refreshing and has drinking water quality. To the homepage can say: "What you see is what you get". It was a great, varied holiday with hiking, mountaineering, cycling, swimming and city break (Klagenfurt, Ljubljana).

Zu Fuß kommt man schnell ins Zentrum, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :) Well-kept apartments with sympathetic care. With free rental bikes, free bath card and table tennis table. On foot you can quickly reach the center, yet quiet location. We'll be back! :)
