Er war auch so nett und gab mir viele Tipps abseits der Branche um den Einsatz effektiver zu machen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass man im Geschäft vor Ort genauso gut beraten wird und wir werden auch sicherlich demnächst vorbeischauen, um uns die Geräte anzuschauen. Sehr freundlich und kompetent! I needed an individual consultation on pellet stoves and Mr. Rantz even came by in person for a consultation (of course, because of the short distance, but still makes no one actually and just comes by) and was able to answer all questions competently. He was also kind enough to give me many non-industry tips to make the job more effective. I am sure that you will be well advised in the local business and we will certainly stop by soon to see the devices. Very friendly and competent!

Ich habe via Zufall - die online Recherche zu einem bestimmten Ofen hat mich auf dieses Geschäft gebracht - als Wiener in Eisenstadt bei Herrn Rantz angerufen und Interesse bekundet. Die Folge war ein 30min Beratungsgespräch bei dem ich über sämtliche Vor- und Nachteile des Ofens meiner Wahl aufgeklärt wurde, so dass es auch für mich als Laien verständlich war. Ich hab eben diesen Ofen auch dort bestellt und bei mir im Haus aufstellen lassen und bin vollauf zufrieden! Auch kleine unvorhergesehene Probleme bei der Montage wurden umgehend gelöst. Wunderbar! A really great dealer with wonderful advice! As a Viennese person, I accidentally called Mr. Rantz in Eisenstadt and expressed interest - online research for a specific stove brought me to this business. The result was a 30-minute consultation in which I was informed about all the advantages and disadvantages of the oven of my choice, so that it was understandable even for me as a layman. I just ordered this oven there and had it set up in my house and I am completely satisfied! Even small unforeseen problems during assembly were solved immediately. Wonderful!
