Bin enttäuscht noch mehr als die Kinder wegen den mangelhaften Eiern Bought defective surprise eggs. A standard letter as an apology. I am even more disappointed than the children because of the deficient eggs

P	Pats on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kundenservice ist echt unter aller Kritik: Da beschwert man beim Hersteller, dass 20% aller Mon Cheri einer Grosspackung ausgelaufen, und teils mit der Verpackung eingetrocknet sind (obwohl Verpackungseinheit äusserlich unbeschädigt ist), und man wird aufgefordert, dies gefälligst am Kaufort zu reklamieren, da man sich nicht in der Verantwortung sieht, und die reklamierte Charge ja i.O. wäre! Die machen es sich echt einfach...wird mir jedenfalls ein Schreiben an den Konsumentenschutz wert sein!
