Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder! Very nice area, the family very nice and friendly. If you are quiet, comfortable, relaxed and love nature, this is the place for you. Ruhige Lage, teilweise Seeblick, grillen ist möglich und ausreichend Parkplätze. Es ist einfach ein Ort zum Entspannen und Ausruhen. We drive for years in the apartment of family Titz and Riese. Everything is there. Quiet location, partial lake view, barbecue is possible and ample parking. It is simply a place to relax and rest.

Jede Menge Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um den Millstättersee. Ruckzuck nach Italien (1 std.) ebenfalls ins Hochgebirge ( 1/2 std.) Vor Ort jede Menge Wanderwege gut Ausgeschildert (festes Schuhwerk vorausgesetzt).Noch kurz erwähnt:: Vermieterehepaar sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit einer Herzenswärme die man sehr selten kennt. Für mich immer gerne wieder!! Schönen Urlaub In this place there is pure relaxation. Quiet location great apartments with balcony. Own cooking facilities because self-sufficiency. Cheap shopping markets quickly accessible. Lots of restaurants and attractions around the Millstättersee. Ruckzuck to Italy (1 hour) also in the high mountains (1/2 hour) On the spot lots of trails well signposted (sturdy footwear provided). Short mentioned yet: landlord couple very friendly and helpful with a warmth of the heart which you know very rarely. For me always happy !! Have a beautiful holiday

Gibt zwar ein Dachfenster, aber da ist kein Insektenamachutz! gute Betten und Bettzeug. 1 kleiner Kleiderschrankim im Schlafzimmer. Nur zur Info,, zwecks evtl mitzubringen: Keine gescheite Bratpfanne, Scharfe Messer, kein fitzel Salz, Zucker, Gewürze, Seife oder Filtertüten. Verlängerungskabel mitbringen, wenn Mikrowelle genutzt werden soll.. Ca 60 Euro pro Woche extra für Strom/Wasser hatten wir zu dritt, mit etwas mobile Klimaanlage Nutzung im Kinderzimmer, die dort vorhanden ist. Ach ja und man kann bei Nachfrage wäsche waschen kostet 5 € Pro Maschine. Wir hatten das Pech von Lärm v Säge bzw Mäharbeiten täglich an Werktagen nebenan und ein paar Tage Raucher unter unserem Balkon Ach ja wir haben ganz schön das Haus gesucht, wurde uns leider nicht genau erklärt und Navi hat total gesponnen.. daher: wenn man in Matzelsdorf vor der Kirche steht rechts abbiegen der Straße folgen bis man die Hausnummer auf der rechten Seite Vanille farbenes Haus 'trifft' See also reviews under dream vacation home. Apartment 4 great for 2 for 1 week! Giant Wozi and balcony! Kizi under a pointed roof in summer is way too warm and stuffy! There is a skylight, but there is no insect protection! good beds and bedding. 1 small wardrobe in the bedroom. For information only, to bring with you: No clever frying pan, sharp knives, no scraps of salt, sugar, spices, soap or filter bags. Bring an extension cable with you if you want to use the microwave .. Approx. 60 euros per week extra for electricity / water. Oh yes, and if you ask for it, you can do laundry for € 5 per machine. We had the bad luck of noise v sawing or mowing work every day next door and a few days smokers under our balcony Oh yes, we were looking for the house, unfortunately we weren't exactly explained and the navigation system was totally crazy .. therefore: when you are in Matzelsdorf in front of the church, turn right and follow the street until you see the house number on the right-hand side of the vanilla-colored house ' meets'
