Unfreundlich und keinen Anstand gegenüber neuen Gästen.
Dafür wurden die Stammgäste ganz anders behandelt, obwohl es ja eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte das man neuen Gästen, es in der eigenen Pension schmackhaft machen sollte das sie wieder kommen.
Naja jedem das seine.
My family was devastated by this pensioner.
Rude and no decency towards new guests.

Apartment and view fantastically beautiful. I can only recommend it. Staff very courteous and helpful. One of the nicest vacation homes we've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben 3 weken gelogeerd in appartement nr 3 van Villa Erica. De service door Petra en Helga was geweldig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dank je wel dames.
Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Rustig gelegen met een heel mooi uitzicht. Binnen 15 rustige wandelminuten ben je in het centrum van Bad Hofgastein met meer dan voldoende aanbod van winkels en horeca. Wij komen er graag terug.
We stayed for 3 weeks in apartment 3 of Villa Erica. The service by Petra and Helga was great, friendly and helpful. Thank you ladies.
The apartment is fully equipped. Quiet location with a beautiful view. Within 15 quiet walking minutes you are in the center of Bad Hofgastein with more than enough shops and restaurants. We would be happy to come back.
