C	CLTW HH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Wir hatten für zwei Personen die Ferienwohnung Enzian. Für zwei Personen war die Wohnung perfekt. Man hat aus dem Wohn-/Esszimmer einen tollen Blick und es gibt eine schöne kleine Veranda. Der Skikeller ist sehr geräumig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral im Zillertal - man erreicht alle Skigebiete sehr gut. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. We had a great week in this accommodation. We had the apartment Enzian for two people. For two people the apartment was perfect. It has a great view from the living / dining room and there is a nice little veranda. The ski room is very spacious. The landlords are very nice and accommodating. The location is very central in the Zillertal - you can reach all ski areas very well. We are very satisfied and will gladly come back.

I have booked (and pre-payed in advance) the bigger apartment on the first floor (wohnung Edelweiss), I received the confirmation of my booking by e-mail. To our surprise, when we arrived the booked apartment was occupied. The owner was absent, and the letter attached to the door of the much smaller, ground floor apartment, stated that we can contact him by phone. We tried several times to contact him on the day of arrival and the day after, without aby response, he did not answer the calls. I sent him an e-mail as well, also without response. As the small apartment was not enough for our family we decided to rent an apartment in another pension but we want to warn the people about Martin Außerladscheider. I understand that sometimes mistakes can happened but there are other methods of dealing with the problem instead of hiding. Reassuming, we have lost the money for booking, and we did not receive compensation for this situation. I sent this information to the tourist agency in Zillertal as well, as I think that such unreliable and unfair owners should be banned.
T	Tomáš Juříček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had accomodation in Enzian. It was OK for two people with small child. The appartment is located in groung floor, our child was able to run outside on our eys. Located in blind street, without traffic. Unfortunately, no play ground is not in garden. It is public play ground cca 500m. For us no problem, but for some could be. Appartemnet was not so much big, for 2 people correct, for 4 people small. Owner is very friendly.
