The stay in Haus Gant was very pleasant, the apartment very comfortable and clean, and the hosts always courteous and helpful. We had been there for them many years ago and we always enjoyed ourselves, so we returned.

But from the available information the apartments were recently renovated and the newest few reviews were very positive and considering really fair price, we were willing to take that risk. And we are so glad we did it. The owner, Ms. Sonja, was really kind and helpful. The apartment exceeded our expectations - perfectly equipped brand new kitchenette, spacious rooms and large balcony connected to both kitchen/living room and bedroom. Everything was spotless clean, including bathroom. The photos on Booking.com match the reality. After our long hikes we appreciated the sauna which Ms. Sonja prepared for us every day, thank you. I would like to highlight the soundproofing of the walls and doors (and this is a truly exceptional situation) as you can hear almost nothing from the corridor, outside and even in between the rooms in apartment as well. As usual, bed was too soft for my taste and the pillows too high. But I suppose there might be different pillows available if only I would have asked the owner...
