R	Robert Czerechowicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der gesamte Guthof Lutz wirkt wie gerade neu eröffnet und hat ein tolles Team! Alles ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich, modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten 2 Apartments gemietet und beide waren traumhaft schön mit eigenem Balkon und Blick in die Berge. Die Wanderwege sind schnell zu erreichen und bis zum See ist es auch nicht weit. Die Ruheoase auf dem obersten Stockwerk allein ist schon einen Besuch wert. Super gepflegter Saunenbereich, genügend Handtücher, Tee und Wasser, gemütliche Ruheliegen im Innen- und Außenbereich mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Personal ist super freundlich, wir hatten uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen und nachdem wir einen Platten hatten kam der Rezeptionist und hat uns ein neues Fahrrad gebracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch mal im Winter The entire Guthof Lutz looks like it has just opened and has a great team! Everything is very clean, well-kept and cozy, modernly furnished. We had rented 2 apartments and both were fantastically beautiful with their own balcony and a view of the mountains. The hiking trails can be reached quickly and the lake is also not far. The oasis of peace on the top floor alone is worth a visit. Super well-kept sauna area, plenty of towels, tea and water, cozy loungers both inside and outside with a view of the mountains. The staff is super friendly, we borrowed bikes and after we had a flat tire the receptionist came and brought us a new bike. We'd love to come back, even in winter
M	Mathieu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr modern eingerichtet. Zum ersten Mal in einer Ferienwohnung, befand sich ausreichend Besteck. Die Bäder sind modern und verfügen über eine gute Ausstattung ( Haarföhn, Regendusche etc. ) Optional kann ein Frühstück bestellt werden, welches einen mit frischen Brötchen und einem genussvollen Kaffee gut in den Tag starten lässt. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich stets um die Bewohner gekümmert. Der Guthof ist zudem auch noch sehr kinderfreundlich, da es eine große modernen Spielanlage gibt. Fahrradbegeisterte können sich Elektromountainbikes direkt am Guthof mieten, welche in einem top Zustand sind. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen das diese Ferienwohnung weit mehr bietet als man erwartet. Man fühlt sich tatsächlich wie daheim und möchte am liebsten nicht mehr gehen. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und hoffe bald auf ein Wiedersehen im Guthof Lutz in Schattwald. The apartments are very modern. For the first time in a holiday apartment, there was enough cutlery. The bathrooms are modern and have good facilities (hair dryer, rain shower, etc.) Optionally, a breakfast can be ordered, which will start one with fresh bread and a delicious coffee in the day. The staff was very nice and always looked after the residents. The Guthof is also very child friendly, as there is a large modern playground. Bicycle enthusiasts can rent electric mountain bikes directly at the Guthof, which are in top condition. In summary, one can say that this apartment offers much more than you expect. You really feel at home and would prefer not to leave. I really liked it and hope to see you soon at the Guthof Lutz in Schattwald.
N	Nina La on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛剛聖誕住進的是兩房連露台，外面景觀非常好，可以看到雪山樹林，還有露台出去就是一片雪地，可以砌雪人，聖誕氣氛實在太好，酒店房內設施整潔先進，浴室竟然有紅外線照燈，洗完澡照一照，寒氣及疲勞盡消。酒店旁有餐廳及超級市場，然後距離景點大街，雪山纜車不足五分鐘車程，實在是非常方便這次旅程多得了老闆的熱心協助安排了馬車環遊村，也教我們怎樣安排行程，令我們過了豐富多彩的一天真心推薦大家，這裏實在太值得住了 Christmas is just moved into two rooms with a terrace, outside landscape is very good, you can see snow-capped mountains woods, there is a terrace out the snow, you can build a snowman, Christmas atmosphere is really nice, clean hotel room advanced facilities, even bathroom infrared lamps, according to a photo bath, cold and do eliminate fatigue. When checking in, the service attitude of the staff was kind. The room was so big and comfortable. The living room and room have large TVs. Open kitchen design for easy cooking. The bathroom has an infrared machine to help eliminate fatigue ... positive. Sadian is close to the ski slopes, and it only takes 5 minutes by car, so it is convenient. Alles sehr hochwertig gestaltet. Super nice rooms, great fitted kitchen, very nice hosts, totally child-friendly, beautiful wellness area on the roof with a great view. Everything designed very high quality.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für die kalten/regnerischen Tage gibt es einen tollen Wellnessbereich. In der Umgebung Restaurant, Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle. Parken in der Tiefgarage. Gratis Fahrräder. Gästeticket für den Wanderbus und 3 Bahnen täglich nutzbar. Die Inhaber haben uns sehr nett empfangen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. We really enjoyed the Guthof. The apartment Alpenrose offers enough space. There is enough storage space in the entrance area and in the rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a great wellness area for the cold / rainy days. In the vicinity restaurant, supermarket and a petrol station. Parking in the underground car park. Free bikes. Guest ticket for the hiking bus and 3 cable cars can be used daily. The owners welcomed us very nicely, we felt very comfortable.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, das für alles eine schnelle Lösung findet. Tiefgarage, Skiraum mit abschließbarem Spind, mit Stiefelheizung, Aufzug, Gepäcktransportwägen und Brötchenservice sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort. Wir haben tolle Tage dort verbracht, gerne wieder. Beautifully and modernly furnished holiday apartments equipped with many great details. Very nice and helpful staff, who find a quick solution for everything. Underground car park, ski room with lockable locker, boot heater, elevator, luggage transport trolleys and bread service provide additional comfort. We spent great days there, gladly again.
