P	Peter Paul Obenauf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unklare Preisgestaltung, da wir für die Maximalbelegung von 8 Personen für beide Appartments (eins im Keller!) bezahlen mussten, auch wenn im email Angebot von Kosten pro Nacht und Person die Rede war und wir nur an 2 der 5 Tage volle Besatzung waren. Zwei Personen mußten auf einer kleinen Couch im Wohnzimmer schlafen, es gibt nur 6 Stühle (+ 2 Hocker), zu wenig kleine Teller etc. Dafür dann für 5 Tage 1.800€ ist schon grenzwertig. Der Bäcker ist in der Nähe, in Skistiefeln dauert es aber ca. 15min zur Liftstation. Die Parkplatzsituation ist für die Zahl der Gäste ungünstig, vor allem wenn man vom Sohn der Besitzerin eingeparkt wird, dieser dann aber nicht zu erreichen ist. Das Alles wird auch nicht durch die herzliche, aber sehr kompromisslose Art der Besitzerin wettgemacht. Ich kann nur empfehlen, alle Details wie Kosten, Ausstattung, Parken etc im Vorfeld schriftlich (!) zu klären, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Unclear pricing, as we for the maximum occupancy of 8 people for both apartments (one in the basement!) Had to pay, even if in the email offer of cost per night and person was mentioned and we were only on 2 of the 5 days full crew. Two people had to sleep on a small couch in the living room, there are only 6 chairs (+ 2 stools), too little small plates etc. But then for 5 days 1.800 € is borderline. The bakery is nearby, but in ski boots it takes about 15 minutes to the lift station. The parking situation is unfavorable for the number of guests, especially if one is parked by the son of the owner, this then but not reachable. All this is not made up for by the cordial but very uncompromising nature of the owner. I can only recommend, all details such as costs, equipment, parking etc in advance in writing (!) To clarify, in order to avoid misunderstandings.
