Fantastic location at the foot of the Kaiser Mountains! Very quiet area and only 5 min. from the town center. The hospitality is fantastic!
I	Ingo M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, mit dem gewissen Etwas !!!!! Wunderschöne Unterkunft und ein sehr schönes Haus in einer einmaligen Top Lage! Nur wenige Schritte zur St. Nikolaus Kirche, sowie ins Zentrum nach Epps sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Walchsee ist mit dem Rad oder Auto schnell erreicht. Hübsch eingerichtetes, helle geräumige Zimmer inkl. Terrasse mit freiem Blick auf die Berge des Kaisers. Die Gastgeber haben immer ein offenes Ohr, auch wenn es um umliegende Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten geht. Die Ausstattung endspricht genau der aufgeführten Beschreibung des Gastgebers! In der Nähe findet man auch Top Restaurants wie z. B den Lederer Wirt, Oberwirt im Ort, zwei Pizzerias uvm. die man alle unbedingt besuchen sollte. Der Raritätenzoo in Epps sollte unbedingt eingeplant werden, und ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Für dieses Highlight und diesen Erholwert vergeben wir 5 Sterne. Extremely nice and courteous hosts, with that certain something !!!!! Wonderful accommodation and a very nice house in a unique top location! Only a few steps to the St. Nikolaus Church and the center of Epps are in the immediate vicinity. The Walchsee can be reached quickly by bike or car. Nicely furnished, bright, spacious room including a terrace with an unobstructed view of the Kaiser mountains. The hosts always have an open ear, even when it comes to surrounding excursions and sights. The equipment corresponds exactly to the description given by the host! There are also top restaurants nearby, such as B the Lederer Wirt, head host in the village, two pizzerias and much more. all of which you should definitely visit. The rarity zoo in Epps should definitely be planned, and can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. For this highlight and this recreational value, we give 5 stars.

So auch rund um das abseits gelegene Ferienwohnung am Kaiser, trotzdem ist man in fünf Minuten im Ortskern und in wenigen Stunden auf den herrlichen Gipfeln des Kaisergebirges. Die Ferienwohnung Sonja am Kaiser befindet sich in einzigartiger Lage direkt am Zahmen Kaiser auf 600 m Seehöhe. Die Wanderwege ins Kaisergebirge, Vorderkaiserfelden, Ritzau-Alm, Aschingeralm, St. Nikolauskirche usw. beginnen direkt hinterm Haus. Wherever you can hear the silence, deer greet each other in the morning. This is also the case around the remote holiday apartment on the Kaiser, but you can still be in the center of the village in five minutes and on the magnificent peaks of the Kaiser Mountains in just a few hours. The Sonja am Kaiser holiday apartment is in a unique location directly on the Zahmer Kaiser at 600 m above sea level. The hiking trails in the Kaiser Mountains, Vorderkaiserfelden, Ritzau-Alm, Aschingeralm, St. Nikolauskirche, etc. start right behind the house.
