S	Shipland HD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr sehr unfreundlicher Empfang und Bedienung, Wohnung ist ranzig und die Frau die dafür zuständig ist sehr aggressiv und unfreundlich! Rate davon ab hier zu schlafen, vorallem kostet dies auch noch 80€ und das ist völlig übertrieben für eine Nacht mit so schlechtm Personal und Zimmer! Very, very, very unfriendly reception and service, the apartment is rancid and the woman responsible for it is very aggressive and unfriendly! Rate from sleeping here, especially this also costs 80 € and that is completely exaggerated for a night with such poor staff and rooms!
L	Laura Ann Vetterlein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Gmundener Innenstadt). Weiter besitzt die Wohnung alles was man so auf die Schnelle braucht und ist auch sauber. Die Besitzerin (Barbara) ist sehr freundlich. Ich vergebe jedoch nur 4 Sterne, weil die Wohnung (wir hatten eine im Erdgeschoss) sehr hellhörig ist und man leider jeden Schritt der Gäste im oberen Geschoss hört. Dennoch ist die Wohnung wirklich zu empfehlen! The apartment is well located (approx. 10 minutes on foot to downtown Gmunden). The apartment also has everything you need in a hurry and is also clean. The owner (Barbara) is very friendly. However, I only give 4 stars because the apartment (we had one on the ground floor) is very noisy and unfortunately you can hear every step of the guests on the upper floor. Nevertheless, the apartment is really recommended!
R	Roland Krennbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein kleines menschliches Missgeschick der Dame wurde als Verstoß gegen die Benützungsrichtlinien interpretiert und auch in dieser unmenschlichen Ausdrucksweise ein Strafbetrag schriftlich eingefordert. Wenn eine Dame bei ihrer Monatsblutung ein ganz kleines Missgeschick auf das Leintuch und auf die zu diesem Zweck vorhandenen Matratzenauflage passiert dann ist das keinesfalls eine Verletzung der Benützungsrichtlinie. Ein peinliches Missgeschick ja. Das ist Diskriminierung. Wir werden diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht mehr besuchen. Update: Wir haben als Beweis für die Verunreinigung, die sich scheinbar nicht rauswaschen lässt das betroffene Bettzeug per Post verlangt und auch die Versandkosten übernommen. Wir haben das Bettzeug massiv vergammelt (in einem Kübel eingeweicht dann getrocknet und verfärbt) bekommen. Die Vermieterin hatte gar nicht versucht das Missgeschick raus zu waschen.!! Wir haben alles mit Standardwaschmittel in unsere Standard Waschmaschine gegeben und mit einem Waschgang wurde alles rückstandslos sauber. Die Reinigung und den Rückversand habe auch ich übernommen. Der eigentlich gar nicht vorhandene Schaden wurde auf meine Kosten behoben. Dennoch kommen noch immer SMS der Vermieterin welch schlechter Mensch ich sei. Wir bereuen es zu tiefst diese Unterkunft gemietet zu haben. A small human mishap on the part of the lady was interpreted as a violation of the usage guidelines and a penalty amount was also demanded in writing using this inhuman way of expressing herself. If a lady makes a minor mishap on the sheet and mattress pad provided for that purpose during her menstrual period, this is by no means a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. An embarrassing accident yes. This is discrimination. We will definitely not visit this property again. updated: As proof of the contamination, which apparently cannot be washed out, we asked for the bedding in question to be sent by post and also paid for the shipping costs. We got the bedding massively scruffy (soaked in a bucket then dried and discolored). The landlady had not even tried to wash out the mishap.!! We put everything in our standard washing machine with standard detergent and with one wash everything was clean without leaving any residue. I also did the cleaning and shipping. The non-existent damage was repaired at my expense. Nevertheless, the landlady keeps texting me about what a bad person I am. We deeply regret renting this property.

Cosy little apartment with a sweet kitchenette thats used every millimetre of space. It was dark when we got in last night. Lovely view from kitchenette window with light snowfall. Steps leading down to a walking path by the river a few steps from our home. 8 to 10 supermarkets / groceries within 18 mins from home. Great location. Very comfortable. Looking forward to our week here. Turns out the flight of stairs (moments from Sailer) leading to a riverside walkway, are the beginning of a delightful walk to the town and the lake. Perfect location! Moved from 2 person apartment on top floor to 3 person apartment on ground floor as another member of our travel group joined on. The 3 person apartment is delightful. The kitchennete has a dining table that comfortably seats four - and plenty of space for board game play. The riverside walk from the apartment to the lake is now our regular walking route. Sailer is a must-stay place to discover Gmunden
