Super Lage, überaus freundliche Vermieterin und eine gemütliche Einrichtung. Was will das Herz mehr. For years we spend our holidays in Ellmau and come in one of the apartments. Great location, very friendly landlady and a cozy decor. What more does the heart want?
G	Georg Hewelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier unseren Urlaub Sommer 2019 verbracht. Sehr ansprechende Ferienwohnung. Meiner Meinung nach top gelegen. Weit genug weg von Ellmau das es schön ruhig ist aber per Fußweg geht es flott in den Ort. In die andere Richtung kann man zur Wochenbrunner Alm wandern. Sehr schön um je nach Geschmack kürzere oder längere Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Die Ferienwohnung ist auch gut auf der Sonnenseite gelegen. Von morgens bis abends hat man Sonne. Die Terrasse der Ferienwohnung ziehen sich einmal um das Haus. So kann man den ganzen Tag Sonne genießen. Schönes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Küche ist neu und mit großem Kühlschrank und Miele Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Uns hat aber am besten die gute Stube, also das kombinierte Wohn-/ Esszimmer gefallen. Sehr gemütlich mit einem richtigen Kachelofen. Und noch unser absoluter Lieblingspunkt. Keine 100 m vom Haus verläuft ein mittlerer Bach. Der liegt auf dem Grundstück und war für die Kinder natürlich ein Abenteuerspielplatz. Nicht zu tief, aber er führt richtig Wasser. Natürlich haben wir die Kinder immer beaufsichtigt. Grade bei Regen kann ich mir auch vorstellen das der mal schneller Ansteigt. Aber morgens die Fenster auf machen und im Bett dem Bach noch einige Minuten lauschen. Einfach toll! We spent our vacation summer 2019 here. Very attractive apartment. In my opinion, in a great location. Far enough away from Ellmau that it is nice and quiet, but you can quickly get to town by foot. In the other direction you can hike to the Wochenbrunner Alm. Very nice to go on shorter or longer hikes depending on your taste. The apartment is also well located on the sunny side. From morning to evening you have sun. The terrace of the holiday apartment extends once around the house. So you can enjoy the sun all day. Nice daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower. The kitchen is new and has a large fridge and Miele dishwasher. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. But what we liked best was the living room, i.e. the combined living / dining room. Very cozy with a real tiled stove. And still our absolute favorite. A middle stream runs less than 100 m from the house. It is located on the property and was of course an adventure playground for the children. Not too deep, but it's really water. Of course we always supervised the children. Especially when it rains I can also imagine that it rises faster. But open the windows in the morning and listen to the stream for a few minutes in bed. Just great!
