Das angenehme Raumklima durch verarbeitete Naturbaustoffe wie Holz, Lehm und Stein, verleihen zusätzlich eine "heimelige" Atmosphäre. Neben der komplett ausgestatteten Küche stehen Ihnen ein Wohn-/Essbereich, 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer (Doppelbetten), eine Garderobe, ein WC sowie ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche zur Verfügung. Ein besonderes Highlight ist unsere überdachte Terrasse. Ebenso können Sie den großen Garten mit Schaukel, Sandkasten, Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeit nutzen. Für Grill-Liebhaber haben wir einen Weber-Holzkohle-Grill, den Sie kostenlos nutzen dürfen. Bitte beachten Sie: Diese Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Leider können wir auch Ihre Haustiere nicht als Feriengäste aufnehmen! Unsere Wohnung ist für Allergiker geeignet. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and impresses not only by their size (133sqm). The pleasant indoor climate of processed natural building materials such as wood, clay and stone, also give a "homely" atmosphere. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a living / dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms (double beds), a cloakroom, a toilet and a bathroom with tub and shower. A special highlight is our covered terrace. You can also use the large garden with swing, sandpit, sitting and lying area. For barbecue lovers we have a Weber charcoal grill that you can use for free. Please note: This apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate your pets as holiday guests! Our apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.
F	Fabian Riedel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne und sehr erholsame Tage im Lechtal, auch aufgrund der traumhaften Ferienwohnung, in der man sich direkt wie zuhause fühlt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und modern und lässt keine Wünsche offen - allein schon die Küche ist ein Traum. Das Highlight ist aber wirklich die Dachterrasse, die wir bei dem tollen Sommerwetter ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen im Lechtal. Ob zur Sulzlalm, Jöchelspitze, Holzgauer Hängebrücke oder einfach nur am Lech wandern, Möglichkeiten gibt's genug. Herausheben möchten wir auch die Gastgeber Nety und Rene, die uns beide ganz herzlich empfangen und betreut haben. Macht weiter so, es war sehr schön bei euch. We had a couple of wonderful and very relaxing days in the Lechtal, also because of the wonderful holiday apartment in which you feel right at home. The decor is tasteful and modern and leaves nothing to be desired - the kitchen alone is a dream. The highlight is really the roof terrace, which we used extensively in the great summer weather. The location of the apartment is quiet and is perfect as a starting point for beautiful hikes in the Lech Valley. Whether to the Sulzlalm, Jöchelspitze, Holzgauer suspension bridge or just hiking on the Lech, there are plenty of options. We would also like to highlight the hosts Nety and Rene, who both warmly welcomed us and looked after us. Keep it up, it was very nice with you.

Fantastic vacation home. Everything is just right here, from the location, facilities and friendly landlords. I can only recommend this apartment!
