Parkplatz gleich vor der Tür, zum Supermarkt mit Bäcker nur wenige Gehminuten, Seilbahn (nur Winterbetrieb) auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Newly renovated and modernized basement apartment. In front of the window there is a small sitting area where there is sun in the morning. Parking right outside the door, the supermarket with bakery within walking distance, cable car (only winter operation) also only a few minutes away.

Die FeWo liegt unmittelbar an der Talstation, aber ruhig. Der Parkplatz für das Auto befindet sich direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist super groß. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen und Mikrowelle. Der separate Skiraum mit Skiheizung rundet die perfekte Wohnung ab. Super neat and modern apartment. We spent the last seven days in Kaltenbach in this excellent apartment. The apartment is located directly at the valley station, but quiet. The parking lot for the car is right in front of the apartment. The living and dining area is super big. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, stove, oven and microwave. The separate ski room with ski heater completes the perfect apartment.
