★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für uns, Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern (2 u. 4) hat sich die FeWo von Herrn Kaintz und Frau Pitzer bereits beim ersten Besuch als Goldfund herausgestellt; die zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenen Badezimmern bieten eine ideale Aufteilung und höchste Flexibilität, die man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Die Küche verfügt neben Mikro und Kochfeldern auch über einen Backofen und eine Spülmaschine, sodass es "Selbstversorgern" an nichts mangeln sollte.
Schon beim ersten Besuch wurden wir so herzlich empfangen, als wären wir bereits seit Jahren Stammgäste und haben uns sofort wohl und umsorgt gefühlt. Neben sehr angenehmen Gesprächen haben die beiden auch ein sehr großes Herz für Kinder und haben große Freude daran, wenn unsere durch den Garten getobt sind.
Durch den Garten mit Schaukeln und die Terrasse mit Sonnenschirmen können sowohl die Kinder als auch wir das tolle Wetter genießen und z. B. draußen Frühstücken; was insbesondere bei Überfüllung der Strände und Promenade an Wochenenden und in Ferien ein zusätzlicher Luxus ist.
Obwohl wir uns damit mehr Konkurrenz um die Buchung der Wohnung beschaffen, können wir diese FeWo wärmstens weiter empfehlen und haben nicht umsonst bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt direkt für das nächste Jahr und dieses Jahr bereits zweimal gebucht. :-)
P.S.: Fotos habe ich keine beigefügt, da die auf der Webseite/aus der E-Mail von Herrn Kaintz authentisch sind und diese hier im Falle einer Erneuerung nicht mehr aktuell wären.
For us, a family with 2 small children (2 and 4), Mr. Kaintz and Mrs. Pitzer's apartment turned out to be a gold find on the first visit; the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, offer the ideal layout and maximum flexibility that one could wish for on vacation. In addition to a micro and hob, the kitchen also has an oven and a dishwasher, so that "self-caterers" should not lack anything.
Even on our first visit, we were warmly welcomed as if we had been regular guests for years and immediately felt comfortable and cared for. In addition to very pleasant conversations, the two of them also have a very big heart for children and they really enjoy it when ours romp through the garden.
Through the garden with swings and the terrace with parasols, both the children and we can enjoy the great weather and z. B. breakfast outside; which is an additional luxury, especially when the beaches and promenade are overcrowded on weekends and during holidays.
Although we are thus creating more competition for booking the apartment, we can warmly recommend this apartment and it was not for nothing that we booked twice for next year and this year during our first stay. :-)
