Very nice apartment, relatively close to the glacier (15 minutes by car), very nice landlord, huge Smart TV, free WiFi, sauna. Highly recommended!

Für Skifahrer hält der Bus direkt vor dem Haus. Gute Ausgangslage zum wandern. Familie Ferchl ist sehr nett und steht bei Fragen gerne zur Seite. Auf diesem Wege, Vielen Dank für ihre Gastfreundschaft Very nice and super located apartment. Fully furnished including sauna and two bathrooms. Our stay with 9 people was great. For skiers, the bus stops right in front of the house. Good starting point for hiking. The Ferchl family is very nice and happy to help with any questions. In this way, thank you for your hospitality
O	Olevander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwar am Berg, aber es gibt eine Busverbindung zum Stubaier Gletscher, die zweimal morgens wirklich direkt vor der Tür zur Wohnung abfährt (8:40 und 10:15). Das ist sehr gut. Als wir hier waren, war auch immer ausreichend Platz im Bus. Nachmittags gibt es auch zwei Zeiten zu denen der Bus dann die gleiche Strecke fährt (ab Mittelberg 15:45 und 16:45). Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann ein Auto sogar in die Garage stellen! Sehr gut, wenn es mal friert. Ein Brötchenservice rundet das Angebot mit Sauna und Schiraum ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder. The apartment is on the mountain, but there is a bus connection to the Stubai Glacier that really leaves twice in front of the apartment (8:40 and 10:15). It is very good. When we were here there was always enough space on the bus. In the afternoon there are also two times when the bus then travels the same route (from Mittelberg 15:45 and 16:45). The apartment is cozy and the landlady is very nice and helpful. You can even put a car in the garage! Very good if it freezes. A bread service completes the offer with sauna and ski room. We would love to come back.
C	Cosette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gemütliche, grosse Wohnung mit 2 Doppel und einem Dreibettzimmer. 2 Bäder und einen großen Wohnzimmer-Küchenraum. Die Möbel sind funktional, leider gibt es wenig Schränke oder Kommoden in den Zimmern. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet. Wenn etwas fehlt reagiert Frau Ferchl sofort. Brötchenbestellung per WhatsApp gelingt 1a. Die Saunatonne auf der Terasse ist super! Für 4 Personen eine ideale Größe zum Entspannen. Die Lage etwas oben am Hang ist zu Fuß herausfordernd jedoch fährt direkt vor dem Haus der Skibus zu 2 Uhrzeiten morgens zum Gletscher. Wir haben uns bei jedem unserer beiden Aufenthalte sehr wohl gefühlt ?. Cosy, large apartment with 2 double and one triple room. 2 bathrooms and a large living room-kitchen space. The furniture is functional, unfortunately there are few closets or chests of drawers in the rooms. The kitchen is functionally equipped. If something is missing, Ms. Ferchl reacts immediately. Ordering rolls via WhatsApp succeeds 1a. The sauna barrel on the terrace is great! An ideal size for 4 people to relax. The location a bit up on the slope is challenging on foot, but the ski bus to the glacier runs 2 times in the morning right in front of the house. We felt very comfortable during each of our two stays ?.
