Pro's: tolle Aussicht, warme eigentlich gemütliche Wohnung, ruhig, nette Vermieterin, 2 Toiletten, Wohnung ebenenerdig.
Contra's: für den Preis (115€ inkl aller Kosten pro Tag) einfach zu teuer, (also für 60€ für 4 Personen) hätte ich denke 2 Sterne mehr gegeben, aber: ohne WLAN keine Spülmaschine, alte hässliche Emailletöpfe, 2 Plattenherd (kein Backofen), ungünstig platzierter Minifernseher (allerdings gutes Bild, viele Sender, gute Lautstärke) "Betten" bestehen wohl aus ehemaligen Schlafcouchen, da haben, die 2 die auf dem ehemaligen Oberteil der Couch liegen müssen noch harte Knöpfe im Rücken usw :-( Kopfkissen absolutes no go, ganz blöd: 2. Schlafzimmer (sind ja oben) ist offen also kein abgeschlossener Raum. Übrigens ist in dem Bad was eigentlich ok ist, die Halterung für die Dusche falsch angebracht, nervt wenn man ganze zeit dusche in der Hand halten muß. Am schlimmsten der Ventilator geht mit dem Licht also 30 Sekunden nachdem man es angemacht hat an u erst 5 Minuten später wieder aus, für nachts um nicht die anderen zu stören, wenn man auf WC will, haben wir dahin eine Nachttischlampe reingestellt, schade dass man das nicht unabhängig vom Licht schalten kann und der Abzugsschacht könnte au mal gereinigt werden!
Kein Skikeller für Skischuhew zum trocknen , aber eine Heizung vor der Haustür.

Pros: great view, warm actually cozy apartment, quiet, nice landlady, 2 toilets, apartment on the ground floor.
Cons: for the price (115 € including all costs per day) just too expensive, (i.e. for 60 € for 4 people) I would have given 2 stars more, but: without WiFi no dishwasher, old ugly enamel pots, 2 ring stoves (no Oven), inconveniently placed mini TV (but good picture, many channels, good volume) "Beds" probably consist of former sofa beds, there the 2 that are on the former upper part of the couch still have hard buttons in the back, etc :-( pillows Absolutely no go, very stupid: 2nd bedroom (are upstairs) is open so not a closed room. By the way, what is actually ok in the bathroom is, the bracket for the shower is wrongly attached, annoying if you hold the shower in your hand all the time Worst of all, the fan goes on with the light 30 seconds after you turn it on and only 5 minutes later, for at night so as not to disturb the others, if you want to go to the toilet, we put a bedside lamp in there It's a shame that you can't switch it on independently of the light and the exhaust duct could also be cleaned!
No ski cellar for ski boots to dry, but a heater on the doorstep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geräumige Wohnung, keine Probleme während dem Aufenthalt. Bushaltestelle ca. 200m entfernt (aber generell schlechte Busverbindungen im Skigebiet). Gute Ausstattung. Etwas abseits vom Ortskern, ca. 15 min zu Fuß.
Wohnung an sich sehr empfehlenswert, die schlechten Busverbindungen sind nicht Teil der Bewertung, da dies im gesamten Gebiet der Fall ist
Spacious apartment, no problems during the stay. Bus stop about 200m away (but generally bad bus connections in the ski area). Good equipment. A bit away from the town center, about 15 minutes on foot.
Apartment in itself highly recommended, the poor bus connections are not part of the rating as this is the case throughout the area
