A	Alexander Rziha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal: An der Rezeption drehen sich die Leute beim grüßen weg bevor man nach dem befinden fragt, der „Kellner“ an der Strandbar/Frühstücksraum kümmert sich um die weiblichen Hotelgäste, sobald der Mann den Tisch verlässt wird auf primitivste Art & Weise angegraben bis der Mann zurückkehrt Zimmer: statt versprochenem Holz-/Laminatbodem gibts einen Teppich aus den 80/90er Jahren. Dusche klein & einer derart schlechten Abrinnung dass täglich die Gefahr des überlaufens besteht. Polster, Bett & Decke Katastrophe. Weich & unkomfortabel. Versprochenes WLan nicht vorhanden. Ca 10-15 m Luftlinie fährt im 10-20 Minutentakt ein Personen-, wie auch Güterzug Tag & Nacht. Entspannung & guter Schlaf vergebens Frühstück: tag, täglich das selbe: 5 Marmeladensorten, Butter, 4 Käsesorten, 4 Wurstsorten, 4 Gebäcksorten, 3 verschiedene Säfte. Frische Eier werden zubereitet Angeblicher Privatstrand: klein, 2 Stege. Strandbar mit oben erwähntem „Lustmolch“ als Kellner. Die Liegen werden auch von nahegelegenen Wohnungseigentümern & deren Familien genutzt somit gibt es für einige Hotelgäste am „Hotelprivatstrand“ keine Liegen. Strandzugang nur über einen 220 stufigen Weg über die Bahngleise möglich. Auch hier Entspannung null weil entweder Kleinkinder aus den Wohnungen die wirbeln oder die permanenten Züge der 5 m hinter den Betten fährt. Staff: At the reception, people turn away when they say hello before they ask where they are, the "waiter" at the beach bar / breakfast room takes care of the female hotel guests, as soon as the man leaves the table, they are told in the most primitive way You return to the room: instead of the promised wood / laminate floor, there is a carpet from the 80s / 90s. Shower small & such a bad drainage that there is a daily risk of overflowing. Upholstery, bed & blanket disaster. Soft & uncomfortable. Promised WiFi not available. A passenger and freight train runs around 10-15 m as the crow flies every 10-20 minutes, day and night. Relaxation & good sleep in vain Breakfast: day, day the same: 5 types of jams, butter, 4 types of cheese, 4 types of sausage, 4 types of pastries, 3 different juices. Fresh eggs are being prepared. Allegedly private beach: small, 2 jetties. Beach bar with the aforementioned “Lustmolch” as a waiter. The loungers are also used by nearby apartment owners and their families, so there are no loungers for some hotel guests on the "private hotel beach". Beach access is only possible via a 220-step path over the train tracks. Here, too, relaxation zero because either small children from the apartments swirl or the permanent trains that move 5 m behind the beds.
G	Guido Falsina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un buon albergo con un ottima colazione. Le camere sono pulite e ben organizzate e, come nel nostro caso con un balcone vista lago stupendo. Piscina coperta, saune ben gestite e, un bel giardino. I contro sono che vicino all'hotel ci sono 2 binari ferroviari dove i convogli passeggeri/ merci passano in tutte le 24.00 ore con frequenze più o meno elevate creando qualche disturbo acustico dato che le camere grazie al clima temperato non hanno aria condizionata e le imposte sono aperte in agosto per l'areazione. Altro ostacolo sono i 120 gradini per scendere e risalire tramite una passerella che passa sopra i suddetti binari per accedere alla spiaggia a bordo lago. Per chi ha problemi motori sono una limitazione It's a good hotel with a great breakfast. The rooms are clean and well organized and, as in our case with a wonderful lake view balcony. Indoor pool, well-run saunas and a beautiful garden. The cons are that near the hotel there are 2 railway tracks where passenger / freight trains pass in all 24.00 hours with more or less high frequencies creating some noise disturbance since the rooms due to the temperate climate do not have air conditioning and the taxes they are open in August for ventilation. Another obstacle is the 120 steps to go down and up through a gangway that passes over the aforementioned tracks to access the beach by the lake. For those with mobility problems, they are a limitation
B	Benjamin Hatsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Seeübergang ist schon etwas eigen, aber ich finde sehr gut gelöst.. für alte Leute jedoch eher eine Qual. Leider musste man schon sehr früh zum Strand runter (der nicht gerade groß ist) ansonsten hat man KEINEN Platz mehr bekommen.. Die Hütte am See ist auch nicht mehr die schönste und könnte mehr Snacks anbieten. Personal extrem freundlich und bemüht. Hotel auch sehr sauber jedoch das Zimmer eher renovierungsbedürftig. Bitte Polster austauschen die sind eine Katastrophe ? Die Züge die unmittelbar am Hotel vorbei fahren sind meiner Meinung nach kaum zu hören. Danke für den angenehmen Urlaub :) On the whole, very satisfied. The lake crossing is a bit peculiar, but I find it solved very well .. for old people, however, rather torture. Unfortunately you had to go down to the beach very early (which is not exactly big), otherwise you CANNOT get a place. The hut by the lake is also no longer the most beautiful and could offer more snacks. Staff extremely friendly and tried hard. Hotel also very clean but the room in need of renovation. Please replace upholstery they are a disaster ? In my opinion, the trains that drive past the hotel are barely audible. Thanks for the pleasant vacation :)
B	Bobby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel finde ich einzigartig, es ist nur renovierungsbedürftig, was ja laut der Rezeptionistin am 1 September beginnen wird. Der Zug der da vorbei gefahren ist immer, hat mich nicht gestört, da ich ein guter schläfer bin ?? Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett, bis auf den Herrn der die Eier kocht in der früh, der hat mit einem schlechten Witz meine Lebensgefährtin denunziert, ich möchte jetzt nicht länger drauf rum reiten, er hat sich entschuldigt. Der Strand ist sehr schön und man hat eine sehr tolle Strandbar wo man auch sehr leckere Speisen und Getränke bekommt, wie z.B Pizza, Toast, Baguette etc. Da man in dem Hotel nur ein Frühstück bekommt, muss für das Abendessen entweder essen gehen oder man geht einkaufen. Es gibt ein Schwimmbecken, Tischtennis und Fitness unten in der Etage wo sich das Frühstück befindet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und man sieht auch wirklich das die Putzfrauen sich sehr bemühen. Ich hoffe das beim Umbau jetzt eine Klimaanlage in die Zimmer eingebaut wird, weil man ja keine hat. Wir waren jetzt 1 Woche dort und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Ich glaube das wir das nächste Jahr wieder dorthin fahren werden, wenn es bis dahin fertig wird. I think the hotel is unique, it just needs renovation, which according to the receptionist will start on September 1st. The train that always passed there didn't bother me because I'm a good sleeper ?? The staff were all very nice, except for the gentleman who cooks the eggs in the morning, he denounced my partner with a bad joke, I don't want to mess around with it anymore, he apologized. The beach is very nice and you have a very great beach bar where you can get delicious food and drinks, such as pizza, toast, baguette etc. Since you only get breakfast in the hotel, you either have to go out to eat or go shopping for dinner. There is a swimming pool, table tennis and fitness area downstairs on the floor where breakfast is located. The rooms were very clean and you can really see that the cleaning ladies try very hard. I hope that during the renovation an air conditioning system will be installed in the room, because you don't have one. We have been there for 1 week now and we really enjoyed it. I think we will go there again next year if it is ready by then.
